How do I change my password?

To change your United password, go to the Single Sign On (SSO) site at

From the SSO home page, click on Change Password.

You will be asked for the following information:

  • Username:  Enter your United username.  This will be the first portion of your United email account before the @ symbol.
  • Enter your old password.
  • Enter your new password.  The password requirements will be on the right hand side of the page.
  • Confirm your new password by retyping it.
  • Click on the Change Password button when finished.

NOTE:  You can only change your password if you are not locked out of your account.  If you are locked out of your account, click on the Forgot Password link.  If you have set up your password recovery information, you will be able to reset your password.
