United LIVE audio and video settings

If you are experiencing audio and / or video issues with United LIVE, check your settings in your Webex Team app.  To check these settings, login in to our Webex Teams app.

To get to your settings, click on the icon in the upper right, between the Home icon and the Search bar, that represents your name.

Click on Settings to open the Webex Teams Options box.  Verify your Audio and Video selections are correct.  Most settings will take the Default option.  However, if you are using a USB headset with built in microphone, you may need to change your Audio options to reflect this.
