To locate the intent to graduate form:

Masters Students

• The Intent to Graduate Form will be in our MDiv Final Program Review course.

Doctoral Students

• Go to your focus group page.
• Click on Semester 6.
• You will see the Intent to Graduate Form under Tasks.
• Follow the instructions to submit your form.
